Admissions

Joining Vita Consilium isn’t just enrolling in a school — it’s becoming part of a community. Because of that, our admissions process is designed to give both families and advisors time to get to know one another before making a commitment.

Work Process

01

Book a Tour

Your first step is simple: come visit us! Tours are open to any family interested in Vita Consilium. This is your chance to see our campus, meet an advisor, and ask questions.

04

Advisor Interview

Admission to Vita Consilium means admission to a specific advisor’s studio. After tours, events, and Try-Out Days, families sit down with their chosen advisor for an in-depth interview. This is where both sides ensure the fit is right — mentorship is personal, and advisors hand-select every member of their studio.

02

Experience Our Community

Before moving forward, we ask families to join us at several Vita events — showcases, banquets, service days, and the like. These are not a compulsory exercise, they’re opportunities to see our culture in action, meet our families, and get a feel for what life at Vita is like. Families who thrive here are families who show up, and this step ensures you know what being part of the Vita family truly means.

05

Advisor Challenge

The advisor challenge is a small project specifically assigned for the student applying. A chance for them to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Advisor challenges are assigned after the advisor interview and is the final step in enrollment.

03

Try-Out Days

Every student must attend a try-out day before applying to a studio. These immersive days let your student step directly into our studio model — collaborating on projects, meeting peers, and experiencing firsthand what makes Vita Consilium unique.

06

Advisor Challenge

If it feels right, the advisor extends an invitation to join their studio. Families complete the enrollment process, and the student officially begins their Vita journey.
